Inside the Home Thermostat When departing, please keep the thermostat set to 74°F or higher. Lower temperatures can cause the HVAC system to freeze in Florida's humidity. No Smoking Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home or screened enclosure. Pets No pets allowed Respect Our Neighbors Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Parties & Events No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted without prior approval. Before You Check Out We know you're on vacation, so we simply ask for a few small favors before you head home: Kitchen * Empty all food from the refrigerator and freezer. * Wash or start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. * Dispose of all trash in grey trash bin. Recyclables are the dark brown bin. Please DO NOT put trash in this bin, they will not pick it up. Bedrooms * Strip used beds and leave in bedroom. * Leave mattress protectors on the beds. * Please check: * Under all beds * Inside closets * Bathroom drawers * Behind furniture * All outlets for forgotten phone chargers and electronics Bathrooms * Bring all used towels, washcloths, and pool towels to the laundry room. Trash & Recycling Please place all bagged trash in the outside bins. * Gray trash bins: Place at the curb on Wednesday evening. * Dark brown recycling bins: Place at the curb on Tuesday evening. Outdoor Area Before leaving, please: * Return all beach equipment to the garage. * Put away all pool floats and toys. * Secure outdoor cushions on the patio table. * Turn off the grill and propane. * Turn off the fire pit and propane. * Turn off all exterior lights. * Ensure all doors and windows are locked. If Something Happens Accidents happen! Please let us know immediately if anything is broken or damaged. We appreciate honesty and can usually resolve small issues quickly before they become larger ones. Most Importantly... Relax, enjoy your vacation, and make unforgettable memories with your family and friends. You will be staying in a private home, so please treat it with care and respect for the enjoyment of all guests. A few things to remember: No pets No parties. If you would like to host an event, please let us know in advance so we can approve it. This is a family community, please respect neighbors. No commercial photography. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property. A fine of $500 applies for any violation of these rules. Pool Safety * Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. * Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. * No glass in or around the pool area. *No food in the pool * Please return all pool floats and toys to their designated storage area on deck after use. * If a float is damaged, simply let us know so we can replace it for future guests. *Keep gate closed for wandering children Gas Grill KEEP AWAY FROM HOUSE, preferrably in designated area. * Clean the grill after use and do not leave grease spills * Turn off the propane tank completely when finished. * Never move the grill while it is hot. Fire Pit * Please use only the provided propane tank * Ensure the gas is completely turned off after each use. * Never leave the fire pit unattended while lit. * Allow the fire pit to cool before replacing the cover. Outdoor Living Areas * Please do not remove patio furniture from the screened enclosure. * Before departure, place all outdoor sofa cushions on the patio table inside the screened enclosure to keep them from flying away. * Turn off all outdoor lights (LEDs and fence lights --- on and off switch at socket) before going inside for the evening or at checkout.
